Terms & Conditions:
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid within 1 year of approved application
- Membership fees are 100% deductible against food and beverage. All funds in the account are non-refundable
- If a membership card is lost or stolen a $200 fee will be charged to re-issue a new card
- Members shall conduct themselves in a safe and socially acceptable manner. Hyde management may refuse entry to members who behave inappropriately toward any person and any decision in this respect will be made at the sole discretion of Hyde staff.
- In case of any dispute, Hyde management reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately
- Dress code : no shorts, sneakers or flip flops
